How will my order be packed?

Items are carefully packed in materials matching the shipment size and contents, ranging from bubble mailers to cardboard boxes. We cannot guarantee specific packaging types, but we accommodate special requests noted in your order when possible.

How do you protect chocolate from melting during warm months?

We include ice packs and insulated packaging seasonally. We recommend not leaving packages outside for more than 24 hours in warm weather. Please retrieve your order promptly, track your shipment, and avoid PO boxes during extreme heat.

How long does it take to process and fulfill an order?

Orders typically take 24-48 hours to process before shipping. Peak seasons may cause slight delays.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed during those times begin processing on the next business day.

Do you offer international shipping?

International retail shipping is not currently available. We are actively planning global expansion -- stay tuned!

Tracking numbers are sent via email or text after your order ships. Monitor progress directly through the carrier's tracking page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address updates are possible only before your order ships. Please contact us immediately if you need a change.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when possible. During summer, we recommend a physical address to avoid extended warehouse storage time.

What should I do if my package shows "delivered" but I cannot find it?

Check with neighbors or building management -- packages are sometimes left in mailrooms or other safe spots. You can also contact FedEx, USPS, or UPS directly regarding missed deliveries.

What is your refund or return policy?

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products -- returns are not accepted. Contact operations@e2efs.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, issue description, and photos if you received damaged, incorrect, or missing items. We do not issue refunds for taste preferences, cosmetic imperfections, or failure to retrieve packages promptly.

Why do some Chocoballs look gray or have light speckles?

That is natural "chocolate bloom" caused by temperature or humidity changes. Fat bloom (cocoa butter rising to the surface) or sugar bloom (surface sugar dissolving from moisture) can affect appearance -- but not safety or taste when the product is stored properly.

Are JP Chocoballs still safe to eat if they look gray?

Yes, absolutely. Bloom is purely cosmetic and does not indicate spoilage. They are still safe and delicious when stored in a cool, dry place.

What allergens are present in JP Chocoballs?

JP Chocoballs may contain tree nuts (almonds), peanuts (select flavors), soy (lecithin), and dairy (milk chocolate varieties). Always check each product package for the most accurate allergen and ingredient information.

Why do Chocoballs vary slightly in size or shape?

We use real roasted nuts and fruits, which naturally vary in size and shape. The individual chocolate coating process creates normal variations -- this is part of what makes each piece unique.

How should I store JP Chocoballs?

Store between 16-20 degrees C (60-68 degrees F) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent bloom.

Can I refrigerate or freeze them?

You can, but moisture may cause sugar bloom when they return to room temperature. If refrigerating, use an airtight container first. Chilling gives a firmer chocolate bite.

Will the nuts stay crunchy inside?

Yes -- our almonds and peanuts are pre-roasted to maintain their crunch. High humidity can soften texture over time, so proper storage is key to keeping them crispy.

Does JP Chocoballs use real ingredients?

Yes. We use real cocoa, real roasted nuts and raisins, and natural flavors. Our products contain no artificial colors and no added preservatives.
