Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at operations@e2efs.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion for the following:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect or missing items

  • Products melted upon arrival

We do not offer refunds for taste preference, minor cosmetic imperfections, or failure to retrieve the package promptly.
