Order Processing & Fulfillment
We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders as stated on our website.
Our chocolate-covered products are heat-sensitive.
During the summer season, we include two ice packs with every order to help prevent melting during transit. You may notice some condensation inside the packaging — this is normal and does not mean the product is damaged or wet.
Please Note:
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that items won’t melt or spoil during shipping due to heat exposure. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or replacements for melting caused by transit conditions.
